A Rental Agreement will be sent immediately upon booking and must be digitally signed and returned within 48 hours to complete your reservation. If not returned within 48 hours, reservation will be cancelled.
Booking Terms
Cancellation Policy:

If a guest cancels within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 100% refund, so long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 45 days before check-in.

Guests will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

Guests will receive no refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Payment Terms:

50% payment due up front.

Remainder due 30 days before check-in, to be collected automatically.
Damage Deposit:

A $500 hold is placed on the credit card on file the day before check-in. This is not a charge, though funds must be available for the hold to process. Access information will not be provided if hold is declined.

Hold is released 3 days after checkout if no damages occur.
