Booking Terms
Cancellation Policy:

If a guest cancels within 24 hours of booking, they will receive a 100% refund, so long as the check-in date is at least 3 days away.

Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.

Guests will receive no refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Payment Terms:

50% payment due up front.

Remainder due 30 days before check-in, to be collected automatically.
Damage Deposit:

A $500 hold is placed on the credit card on file the day before check-in. This is not a charge, though funds must be available for the hold to process. Access information will not be provided if hold is declined.

Hold is released 3 days after checkout if no damages occur.
